What this page can and cannot tell you. These checks run in your browser, from your network. That makes them honest about the thing you actually care about — whether you can reach Voxelion right now — but it also means a failure here can be our outage or your connectivity, and from a single probe those are indistinguishable. The page will not guess between them.

No history is recorded, so there are no uptime percentages here. A number like "99.9%" invented from one successful ping would be worse than saying nothing.

If something is down

  • Unreachable, everything. Almost always local — a proxy, a VPN, or an extension blocking cross-origin requests. Try curl https://api.voxelion.ai/api/docs.
  • Production API down, console up. The console proxies the API, so it will look alive while every request inside it fails. Trust this row over the console.
  • Sandbox only. The sandbox is a test deployment and is restarted more freely than production. It is not an indicator of production health.
  • Degraded. A response slower than 1.5s. Usually a cold worker after a deploy; it should clear within a minute.
